SHIPPING POLICIES

 1. DELIVERY TIME


CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will have different delivery times according to the destination of delivery. When some irregularity is detected in the order, the delivery times can be increased.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. . reserves the right to extend the delivery times in periods of sales and high season.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays and regional holidays.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will be able to inform to the client, by means of the shipment sending of an email to its electronic mail the number of pursuit of the shipment, as well as of the company in charge of the shipment. The delivery times are detailed in this same point.

2. PLACE AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. does not make deliveries to collection points or post offices. The shipping addresses must be physical places accessible to transport companies. In case of detecting an anomaly in the shipping address, our customer service department will contact the customer as soon as possible.

If at the time of delivery of the product to the address indicated by the customer, there is no one at home, the company in charge of the shipment will make up to three attempts to deliver the product to the indicated address. The customer must ensure that the order is correctly received within the time period specified in this point.

The delivery address will be the one indicated by the customer when making the purchase. In case the customer would like to change the delivery address after making the purchase may do so by contacting customer service at carolinasanzcaban@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the correct shipping address if the order has not been issued.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will not be responsible for the errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address introduced by the client does not exist, is incorrect or when the requirements for the delivery of the order are not fulfilled.

At the time of delivery of the product, the customer or receiver must sign the receipt of the order to the carrier, verify the apparent condition of the packages and accept or reject the order under his responsibility.

In the case that, when opening the packages with the products, the customer sees that these are damaged due to transport or that products are missing from the same order, he must communicate this in writing to CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. at carolinasanzcaban@gmail.com as soon as possible within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the order, providing photographic material about the incident.

3. INFORMATION ON SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be as follows for each order placed by the customer. Distribuciones CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. reserves the right to change the amount of shipping costs without prior notice.
