The customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the product to communicate its withdrawal from the purchase of the product.

CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will not accept requests for changes by withdrawal of purchases after a period of thirty (15) calendar days after delivery of the product. The client will have to assume, also, the pertinent rates of return in each case.

The customer will assume the shipping costs and must proceed to return it to the following address:

To facilitate the return process, CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. makes its system available to the customer to manage returns quickly and easily. To use this system the product must be in the same state in which it was received. The customer must send the product in the same box or similar packaging as the original. In case the product is not sent with the original packaging and it suffers damages, CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will not take charge of such damages and therefore will not validate the change.

In the event of the right of withdrawal, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the price of the returned products. However, CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will issue a voucher or credit note that can be used for an exchange of the product in no less than 15 days, provided that the returned products are in the same condition as they were delivered; they have not been used, washed, damaged or lost before reaching the premises of CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. or the requirements established in the present conditions have not been fulfilled.

The products have the legal guarantee for lack of conformity of these that is manifested in a period of two (10) days from the date of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. The customer must inform CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. as soon as possible regarding the defective products and provide visual material regarding the defect. The department of quality of CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L. will determine the cause of nonconformity.

The guarantee does not include the deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or undue manipulations, not suitable tension, accidents, bad use, rains and washings. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by the quality department are excluded from the guarantee.

The customer will not have the right to exercise the guarantee:

a) If he does not have proof of purchase of the products. To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to have proof of the order and payment of the products.
b) If the state of the original order is manipulated or repaired, as well as the guaranteed product without the knowledge and authorization of the quality department CAROLINA SANZ (CS) E.I.R.L.
The customer must follow at all times, the instructions of the customer service and the instructions given by email to exercise the right of warranty.

The client will contact through the mail to exercise his right of guarantee if the casuistry proceeds.

At the moment we do not offer Returns or Refunds for International Orders.
